GREENVECTOR AGRO is a Ukrainian producer and exporter of crude / unrefined pressed first-grade sunflower, rapeseed, and soybean oil extracted from seeds using mechanical pressing methods. Unlike refined oil, crude oil undergoes minimal processing, retaining more of the seeds' natural components. Due to its minimal processing and retention of natural nutrients, crude-pressed soybean oil offers a range of benefits.

Purpose: To remove impurities like stones, dirt, and plant material.
Process: Seeds, such as sunflowers, rapeseeds, and soybeans, are cleaned by passing them through sieves and magnetic separators.
Purpose: To remove the outer husk of the seeds.
Process: The cleaned sunflowers, rapeseeds, and soybeans are cracked, and the hulls are separated by aspiration or other mechanical means.
Purpose: To prepare the seeds for oil extraction.
Process: The dehulled sunflowers, rapeseeds, and soybeans are crushed and rolled into thin flakes to increase the surface area for oil extraction.
Purpose: To extract crude sunflowers, rapeseed, and soybean oil from the seed flakes.
Process: The flakes are pressed using mechanical screw presses. This step may be performed once (cold pressing) or multiple times (for higher yield), sometimes with heat application.
Purpose: To remove solid particles and impurities from the crude oil.
Process: The unrefined sunflower, rapeseed, and soybean oil is filtered to separate solids, producing more apparent oil.
